Equality Objectives

The Equality Act 2010 replaced all existing equality legislation from 1st October 2010 and streamlines the various legislations into a single equality Duty.

These objectives uphold the school’s core Christian vision and values.

The Governing Body of Radnage CE Primary School is publishing information to show how they are complying with the Equality Duty. The Equality Duty requires all schools to publish Equality Objectives at every four years.

Radnage CE Primary School’s Equality Objectives - 7th November 2022

Objective 1: To monitor and analyse pupil achievement for various groups (including those in receipt of the Pupil Premium, gender, ethnicity and English as an additional language) in Reading, Writing and Mathematics and act on any trends or patterns in the data that require additional support for pupils. (SDP Section 1)

Objective 2. To provide a deep and meaningful curriculum that is specifically targeted for the contexts of all children in our school and meet their needs directly. (SDP Section 2)

Objective 3: To review levels of parental and pupil engagement in learning and school life, across all activities to ensure equity and fairness in access and engagement. (SDP section 3)

These objectives will be monitored by the Head Teacher and Governing Body annually and renewed as required, at least every four years. (September 2022)
